Sponsorships

We are pleased to offer local businesses the opportunity to join Aging Ahead in a mutually beneficial relationship.

By becoming a Sponsor, you will be able to share information about your business and, at the same time, support Aging Ahead by providing contributions of goods and/or services to help meet the needs and interests of participants at our community locations.

Examples of sponsorship include:
  • Health Screenings (diabetes, blood pressure, etc.) A separate signed waiver is required.
  • Activity prizes and refreshments (bingo, hot chocolate bar, etc.)
  • Classes support (art supplies, craft supplies, etc.)

In order to uphold the mission of Aging Ahead and protect the privacy and well-being of our participants, we require that sponsors abide and agree to the following guidelines:

  • Sponsors are prohibited from collecting participant contact information, including in exchange for any service, goods, raffles and prize drawings.
  • Sponsors are prohibited from selling any product or service at Aging Ahead program locations.
  • Sponsors are prohibited from making presentations and/or providing advice as part of their sponsored activity.
  • Sponsors are prohibited from distributing business cards/brochures to participants; however, materials may be made available on the day of the program for participants to voluntarily collect.
  • Aging Ahead does not endorse sponsoring organizations.
  • Sponsors must align with Aging Ahead’s Mission: Supporting individuals through the journey of aging.
  • Sponsors must adhere to Aging Ahead’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Statement: Aging Ahead values and respects the full range of visible and invisible differences that define each of us as human beings. We strive to create a sense of belonging, connection, and community where everyone feels known, welcomed, and valued.
  • I agree to keep confidential all information regarding Aging Ahead clients and program participants. Such information is to be used only for Aging Ahead employees to provide services for clients/participants.
  • I am not aware of a conflict of interest that would prevent me from serving as a sponsor/volunteer with Aging Ahead and agree to inform the Agency if I become aware of a conflict of interest.

Please note that if multiple representatives from your organization will be attending as sponsors, each person is required to complete a Sponsorship Application and Agreement.
