World Elder Abuse Awareness Day is observed every year on June 15th to promote a better understanding of abuse and neglect of older adults. This year’s theme is Beyond Awareness: Making Elder Abuse Prevention Work. WEADD serves as a good reminder that abuse of older adults impacts all of us.
