The State of Missouri has partnered with Polco, a leader in the field of civic engagement and surveying, to conduct the State of Missouri 2024 Needs Assessment Survey. If you are an older adult (age 50+), an adult with a disability, or an unpaid caregiver (adult 18+ providing unpaid care to another adult), please take a few moments to participate!
Randomly selected households will receive mailed survey invitations over the next few weeks. If you receive an invitation and meet any of the listed criteria, please follow the instructions to share your input.
All Missouri residents who are not selected for this initial survey effort but meet the above criteria are encouraged to participate when the state-wide survey opens on July 8. Watch social media for additional announcements or use the link below to “Follow” the Missouri Association of Area Agencies on Aging, create a Polco account, and receive an email notification when the survey is live: https://polco.us/n/res/profile/missouri-association
Results from this survey effort will help inform Missouri’s Master Plan on Aging and the development of related policies, initiatives, and community programs throughout the state.

I received a notification of this survey today in the mail. Went to Google and typed in: polco.us/clinton24. All I got was information about info.Polco.us; no clinton24 or survey under that heading that I could find.

I received a mailing asking me to participate in the State of Missouri 2024 Needs Assessment Survey. I tried to do this on line, but was unsuccessful. I tried calling the phone number on the mailing. I was told to call some other time.
This is frustrating to be lured into trying to participate in something that seemed to be important and worth investing time and then to hit a brick wall, wasting my time and effort.

I wanted to complete the survey request that I received in the mail from my DHSS Director/Executive Director, but no luck. Tried several ways to access polco.us/scotland 24 to no avail. There was NO place to put the access code to get a survey. Total waste of time and energy. I would like to have input, but, I guess I will wait till later. So sorry!!!
