Please utilize the Senior Nutrition programs/Farmer’s Markets in your area. Free $50.00 to purchase fresh veggies and help those farmers. I live in north county and have learned so much from farm vendors, about veggies and learned about ‘new’ veggies. Just ask. I am also a volunteer, putting up tables, chairs and awnings early Saturday mornings. Come out, if not for the vendors, enjoy the free festive entertainment. GrandPad users, you may even recognize me out buying and having fun:)

This is a great benefit. I’m at the Lions Farmer’s Market every Saturday in St. Peter’s at the 370 Lake. Market starts on May 2nd. Farmers have had delicious fresh produce and fruits and I expect the same this year. An extra $50 will go a long way at the Farmer’s Market!
