Aging Ahead’s Community Options Specialists and Community Services Coordinators serve as trusted and valued sources supporting older adults, their families, and caregivers by linking them with agency programs and community resources. This year, our
Community Options and Services (COS) Team has responded to an average of 1,098 callers a month. Community members receive supportive and compassionate replies to their needs for information. Additionally, services are authorized and provided by experienced social workers.
