Increase your awareness and understanding of well-being and how the things you do every day can affect how you feel about yourself and your overall health. We’ll cover how positive emotions / mindfulness, meaningful activity, social relationships, nutrition and sleep all interact to influence your physical and mental health. Join us in learning about yourself and discussing some simple changes you can make to take charge of your own well-being.
Class sizes are limited and attendees have the option to enjoy a healthy lunch catered by the St. Louis Bread Company.
