Presentation: If you or someone you love is living with dementia, the journey can feel overwhelming. That’s why EverTrue Anywhere Care offers the GUIDE Model – a new, no-cost Medicare program designed to support families like yours with compassionate, personalized care.

Registration: Please REGISTER BELOW or call the Library at (314) 994-3300. We have limited capacity, early sign ups are encouraged.

Lunch: Lunch must be ordered by Thursday at 11am 1 week in advance. Lunch is provided free-of-charge to those adults age 60+ who preregister with a suggested donation of $8.
