Location: Virtual Presentation
Presentation Description: We execute self-care on the ground of mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, every intention, every breath, every movement, all your attention, sensations and emotions – noticing thoughts and letting them go with no judgment which helps you make the most of your self-care practices. In this class we will discuss the “who, what, why, when, where, how and how much” self care, cover different aspects of self care, mental/spiritual/physical/mind & body, as well as talk about different approaches of implementing self-care, such as breathing, exercise, nutrition and sleep.
