Aging Ahead Arnold 5-5-25

Location: Jefferson College Arnold – 1687 Missouri State Road, Arnold, MO, 63010

Programming: Aging Ahead-Arnold gathers at Jefferson College Arnold on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30pm-2pm. Enjoy lunch and socialization with other older adults.

Lunch Menu: Roast Beef, Pepperoni, Spinach, Cucumber and Feta Cheese in a  wrap with Poppy Seed Dressing, Mandarin Oranges, and Three Bean Salad

Registration: Lunch is provided free-of-charge to those adults age 60+ who preregister 72 hours in advanced with a suggested donation of $5.
