Presentation Description: In the middle stage of Alzheimer’/dementia/memory loss, those who were care partners now become hands-on caregivers. This 3-part series gives attendees a chance to hear caregivers and professionals discuss helpful strategies to cope with changes in communication, behaviors and relationships. Attendees will get tips for providing safe and effective care in the middle stage of Alzheimer’s. This class is for family/friends of people with middle-stage memory loss. It is not appropriate for people with memory loss or for paid caregivers/professionals.
Class sizes are limited and attendees have the option to enjoy a healthy lunch catered by Gourmet to Go.
