What is Y’s CHOICE
Aging Ahead and the Gateway Region YMCA have partnered, to provide programs, services and resources. Join us for informative programs, group exercise classes, and a nutritious meal at the YMCA. As a Y’s Choice member, you can participate in the programs, meet new friends, and enjoy a catered lunch. Lunch is optional, RSVP and lunch order is required 48 hours in advance; suggested donation $5.00.
