Giving Tuesday

The start of something great. Volunteer. Advocate. Support. Donate.

Deliver a difference to older adults in our community this holiday season.

What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. In just nine years, GivingTuesday has radically changed how we think about generosity and showed just how much power communities everywhere have to create change. Everyone can have an impact on #GivingTuesday! Join Aging Ahead on November 30 by pledging your time, voice, skills, and dollars to support individuals through the journey of aging.

How can I get involved?

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups from Meals on Wheels deliver driver to senior center class instructor. All volunteer schedules are flexible with no evening or weekend hours. To learn more about the different opportunities, contact Laura Conners at

Staff and volunteers advocate on behalf of older adults 60+ and caregivers supporting opportunities to age with honor and dignity. To learn more about our advocacy efforts and Silver Haired Legislature, contact Jan Keith at

Contribute goods or services to your local senior center meeting the needs of Aging Ahead’s participants. If you are interested in sponsoring a senior center activity, contact Jan Keith at

Give the gift of independence! Every donation goes straight to work helping Aging Ahead continue to provide in-home and community based services, which enable older adults to remain living independently.
