In addition to the party primaries, this key issue is on the ballot: Amendment 2 will amend the Missouri Constitution to adopt Medicaid Expansion to provide critical health insurance for persons 19-64 with an income level at or below 133% of the federal poverty level. The amendment would also bring back Missouri’s tax dollars to be spent at home, rather than having those dollars be used in other expansion states such as California and New York.

Can I Vote Absentee?

  • Are you 65 years or older, homebound, ill or at high risk of COVID-19. Vote Absentee- No Notary Required
  • Permanent absentee voter- No Notary Required
  • All other voters- Can vote by mail in 2020-Ballot must be notarized

If you need a notary, try contacting these locations: Banks, UPS Stores, County offices (Notaries are not permitted to charge a fee for notarizing the signature on any absentee ballot or absentee voter registration card.)
