Presentation: Golden Beats is an evidence-based drumming fitness program that blends simple aerobic movement with upbeat music and rhythm. Participants use stability balls and drumsticks to create lively, low-impact routines that support balance, coordination, and overall well-being.
This class is low-impact and great for all fitness levels. No music or dance experience needed. Golden Beats promotes physical activity, cognitive engagement, and joy through movement, making it a great way to stay active, reduce stress, and have fun in a supportive group setting.
