Presentation Description: This is the second of a 4-week intervention designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among 60-74-year olds participating in or eligible for the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service program. Two key behaviors are discussed and promoted throughout the lessons: Increase consumption to 3 ½ cups of fruit and vegetable per day and participate in at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.
Class sizes are limited and attendees have the option to enjoy a healthy lunch catered by Gourmet to Go.
